Why should I buy my packing requirements online?

We realise that moving house is a stressful time, so why not allow us to take the stress out of moving by having your packing supplies delivered direct to your door.  That’s right, there is no need to worry if the items won’t fit in your car, we bring them to you.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia Wide.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery costs will vary according to where you are in Australia and the order size, once you have selected your cart contents, please proceed through to checkout for delivery pricing options.

Do you have a minimum purchase order?

No

Can you deliver to my workplace?

Yes , we can deliver to your workplace.

How long does it take to get my order?

Your order is dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receiving the request. Transit times vary between 1-4 depending on location. Refer to delivery page for estimated times.

Do I have to be home to take receipt of my order? 

Our preference is that someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods, alternatively we can delivery to a different address. However, if that is not possible just let us know when placing your order that you would like the goods left, and where. Please ensure this is an undercover weatherproof area, as in these instances you accept complete responsibility for any damages or loss that may happen to your order.

Can I pick up or arrange own courier instead of using your freight service?

Yes. Collection is only available from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. Once we receive your order with a pick up instruction, your order will be ready for collection by 9am the following morning. We welcome the use of your own freight company if you wish.

Do you deliver overseas?

No.

Can I pay COD?

COD is only available for Pick up orders.

Do you sell other types or sizes of boxes?

From time to time we may have alternatives in stock, please contact us if you are looking for something specific.

Do you custom make boxes?

We do, from time to time, have alternative sizes and types available in our warehouse; which are not necessarily displayed online, so it may be wortwhile checking with us first. If we don’t have something in stock to suit your needs, we will try to source it for you or alternatively, we can arrange a quote to have a specific size made up for you.  

Do you offer a Buy Back service?

Not at this stage.

Do you sell second hand boxes?

Yes we sell second hand boxes in kits and individually. We may have more sizes than shown online, please check with us if you can’t find something to suit your needs. 

When do I get a tax invoice?

 

You will be emailed a Purchase Order/Tax Invoice once you place your order online.

 

How do I pay by credit card online?

 

Use our new safe & secure E-WAY gateway payment system.

I am not sure how many boxes I will need?

We typically hear from a customer 2-3 times during their move because they did not order enough the first time.  If you are unsure please refer to our checklist or alternatively contact us before hand to help work out quantities
